Every order at Pawsome Kin is made just for you, so please note the timeline below has two parts: production and shipping.
Production time
Once you place your order, our print partner begins production. This typically takes 2-5 business days before your order ships.
Shipping time
After production, delivery times are approximately:
- United States: 5-8 business days
- International: 10-20 business days, depending on destination and customs processing
Total time from order to delivery is usually production time plus shipping time above.
Tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships, so you can follow its journey to your door.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order size — you'll see the exact cost before you pay.
Customs & international orders
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties charged by your country. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.
Delays
While we work with reliable carriers, occasional delays can happen due to weather, customs, or high shipping volume. If your order is taking longer than expected, email pawsomekin@gmail.com and we'll look into it for you.
