Refund & Return Policy

Every item at Pawsome Kin is printed and produced specifically for you after you order — we don't hold pre-made stock. Because of this, our return process works a little differently than a typical store.

Change of mind, wrong size, or wrong color chosen
Since each item is custom made to order, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or color preference. Please check the size chart on each product page carefully before ordering.

Damaged, defective, or misprinted items
We stand behind our quality. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, contact us at pawsomekin@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will replace it or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Wrong item received
If we shipped you the wrong product, let us know within 14 days of delivery and we'll correct it free of charge.

Order cancellations
Because production begins shortly after you order, cancellation requests can only be honored within 12 hours of purchase. Email pawsomekin@gmail.com as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
